Laboratoriya yo‘nalishlari quyidagilardan iborat

  • Parazit nematodalar va quruqlik mollyuskalarning yangi, polimorf va xo‘jalik ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan turlarining morfologik va molekulyar identifikatsiya qilish, taksonomiyasi va filogeniyasini aniqlashtirish;
  • Tuyoqli hayvonlar nematodalari va ularning oraliq xo‘jayinlari (quruqlik mollyuskalari, yomg‘ir chuvalchanglari, ikki qanotli hashoratlar) tur tarkibi, morfologiyasi, biologiyasini o‘rganish hamda hayvonlarni nematodalar bilan zararlash darajasini o‘rganish;
  • O‘zbekistonda noyob umurtqali hayvonlar, quruqlik mollyuskalari (Gastropoda: Pulmonata, Stylommatophora) va hayvonlarning parazit nematodalarini morfologik va molekulyar aniqlash va inventarizatsiya qilish.
  • Nematodalarning Strongylida va Spirurida turkumlari va quruqlik mollyuska (Gastropoda: Stylommatophora) turlarining molekulyar diagnostikasi (barkoding) usullarini ishlab chiqish;
  • PSR texnologiyasi asosida parazit kasalliklarini ekspress diagnostikasini o‘tkazish, ularni mukammallashtirish; turga xos yangi molekulyar markerlarni yaratish; rDNK nukleotid ketma-ketliklarini halqaro Genbankga (NCBI) kiritish;
  • Peptid bog‘lamga ega bo‘lgan oqsillarni ajratib olish, ular asosida biopreparatlar yaratish va qishloq xo‘jaligi hayvonlari turli xil kasalliklarini davolashda keng foydalanish;
  • Hayvonlar nematodozlariga qarshi mahalliy o‘simliklar asosida yangi nematodotsid ta’sirga ega antgelmintiklarni izlash va sinovdan o‘tkazish hamda ularga qarshi chora chora tadbirlarni ishlab chiqish

Dunyo miqyosidagi laboratoriya yutuqlari

Laboratoriyada o‘tkazilgan klassik morfologiya va molekulyar taksonomiya usullari yordamida Protostrongylidae oilasiga mansub Protostrongylus rufescens, P.hobmaieri, Protostrongylus sp., Spiculocaulus leuckarti va Cystocaulus ocreatus endemik turlarining ribosomal DNK ITS-2 sohasi ilk bor o‘rganildi va halqaro genbank (NCBI) bazasiga joylashtirildi. Shu guruhga taaluqli bo‘lgan genbankda mavjud bo‘lgan 18ta tur nematodalarning molekulyar filogeniyasi o‘rganildi va ma’lumotlari nufuzli jurnallarda chop etildi (Kuchboev et al., 2015, Kuchboev et al., 2017). shajarasi).
Undan tashqari qo‘y va qora mollarda parazitlik qiluvchi va shu vaqtgacha olimlar o‘rtasida keskin munozaraga baxsga sababchi bo‘lgan gemonx va ostertagia nematodalarining ikkita baxsli turlari ustida molekulyar-genetik tadqiqot o‘tkazildi. Bu usul yordamida gemonx va ostertagia turlarning risbosomal DNKsining ITS sohasi o‘rganildi va tahlil qilindi. Natijada ikkita gemonx turlari (H.contortus va H.placei) alohida- alohida tur ekanligini, ostertagia turlari (O.ostertagi va O.lyrata) esa mustaqil turlar ekanligini tasdiqlash imkonini berdi (Kuchboyev i dr., 2012, Abramatov et al., 2013, Amirov va Kuchboyev, 2015). Olingan nukleotidlar ketma-ketligi Genbank bazasiga joylashtirildi (NCBI).
Aniqlangan nematodalar ichidan 8ta turi halqaro Genbank (NCBI) bazasiga joylashtirildi va u uchun yangi hisoblandi (Kuchboev et al., 2015).
Mayda shoxli uy hayvonlari ostertagiinozlariga (ostertagioz, marshallagioz, teladorsagioz va boshq.) qarshi mahalliy medapek preparati dala ishlab chiqarish sinovlaridan o‘tkazildi va ularni yuqori samara berganligi aniqlandi.
Nematoda to‘qimasidan xromasoma DNKsi ajratib olish usuli bo‘yicha uslubiy tavsiyanoma chop etildi. Hayvonlar asosiy nematodozlariga qarshi chora tadbirlari bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyanomalar ishlab chiqildi.
Protostrongilid nematodalari uchun turga xos bo‘lgan praymerlar yaratildi va ixtiro Patentlandi.

Laboratoriyaning istiqbol yo‘nalishlari

Laboratoriya xodimlari turli guruhga mansub hayvonlarning parazit gelmintlari va ularning oraliq xo’jayinlarining (quruqlik mollyuskalari, yomg’ir chuvalchanglari, ikki qanotli hashorotlar) turlar tarkibi, tarqalishi, molekulyar taksonomiyasi va filogeniyasini o’rganish hamda asosiy gelmintozlarga qarshi kurash chora tadbirlari borasidagi muammolar bilan shug’ullanmoqda.

Ayniqsa, bioinformatik tahlil qilingan ribosoma va mitoxondrial DNK nukleotidlar ketma-ketliklari asosida keng tarqalgan oshqozon ichak va o’pka nematodalarini tezkor aniqlash maqsadida turlarga xos bo’lgan alel praymerlar yaratilmoqda. Bu kelajakda veterinariya amaliyotida parazit nematodalarning molekulyar diagnostikasi uchun PSR-tahlili tizimida foydalanish mumkin bo’ladi.

Kelajakda alohida guruh parazit nematodalarning morfologik va molekulyar taksonomiyasi, filogeniyasi va evolyutsiyasi o’rganish orqali ular sistematikasiga aniqlik kiritiladi. Undan tashqari, oqsil-gen tizimining o’zaro bir-biriga bog’liqligi asosida turli xil antigelmintik preparatlarga gelmintlarning resistentligini o’rganish borasida tadqiqotlar olib boriladi.

Parazitar kasalliklarning immuno-ferment tahlili qilish ishlari ham amalga oshiriladi. Bu borada laboratoriyadagi yosh mutaxassislarni molekulyar biologiya va bioinformatika sohasida rivojlangan davlatlarga malakasini oshirish uchun stajirovkaga yuboriladi.

Undan tashqari, peptid bog’lamga ega bo’lgan oqsillarni ajratib olish, ular asosida biopreparatlar yaratish va bu preparatlarni qishloq xo’jaligi hayvonlari turli xil kasalliklarini davolashda keng foydalanish mumkin.
